Pumpkin Spice Latte


1 cup milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree (see homemade recipes here)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup brewed espresso
whipped cream


Whisk milk, sugar, puree and spice in a small saucepan over low heat, Simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour milk mixture through a fine sieve to remove the pumpkin pulp. Pour into mug and whisk ingredients.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Tipsy Caramel Smores Milkshake


Yields:  2 servings
Prep time: 10 mins


¼ cup caramel vodka

4 large scoops vanilla bean ice cream (don’t use light; there will not be enough fat to create the milkshake consistency)

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

6 marshmallows

1½ sheets graham crackers, divided

½ – 1 cup ice cubes, depending on how thick you want it

Cocoa Drizzle

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

2 Tbsp almond milk

Sweet Leaf Vanilla Creme stevia, to taste (Or sweetener of choice)


  1. In a plastic bag of food processor, grind up the ½ sheet of graham crackers into a fine crumbs and add to a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the cocoa drizzle.
  3. Dip the rims of two drink glasses into cocoa drizzle, ensuring to coat the rim well then dip in graham cracker crumbs. Set glasses aside.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat broiler, lay marshmallows on parchment lined small baking pan and add to oven. Let broil, until toasted; about 5 minutes. Set 2 aside.
  5. In a blender, combine the vodka, ice cream, cocoa powder, 4 of the marshmallows, graham crackers and ice and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour milkshake into the two glasses, top with whipped cream, cocoa drizzle and toasted marshmallow.

Hot Chocolate Cocktail with ChocolatRouge Wine

Yields:  2 servings


2 cups of milk (I used 1%)

4 oz. of ChocolatRouge Milk Chocolate wine

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or hot cocoa mix

whipped cream for toppings

Hot Chocolate Cocktail


Heat 2 cups of milk , add 4 oz. of ChocolatRouge Milk Chocolate wine, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or hot cocoa mix.  Stir until well-combined. Pour into glasses or mugs of your choice. Top with whipped cream and add a little dusting of cinnamon

1 1/2 cup milk (I used 2%)

1 cup red wine (I used Kendall-Jackson Cabernet Sauvignon)

1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks

Optional: coconut whipped cream

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and chocolate chips. Whisking constantly until chocolate is melted into milk and you have a thick and creamy chocolate milk. Pour in red wine and heat until everything is hot. Pour into 2 mugs or 6-8 smaller glasses and top with coconut whipped cream.

Yields:  4 cups


1/4 cup cocoa, no sugar added

1/2 cup coconut palm sugar or 1/4 cup honey (to taste)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips,

4 1/2 cups low-fat milk, optional almond milk

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, optional peppermint extract

Cinnamon sticks for stirring (optional)


  1. In a medium saucepan, heat milk over medium-low heat until steaming. Add cocoa, sweetener, and chocolate chips, stir until cocoa is combined.
  2. Warm over medium-low heat until all ingredients are combined and hot chocolate is to desired temperature. Add vanilla and stir to combine.
  3. Serve in mugs with a ladle and sprinkle a little cocoa or shredded dark chocolate.

Caramel Hot Chocolate

2 cups milk, preferably whole

1/4 – 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (I recommend Ghirardelli)*

1/2 cup caramel sauce, recipe link follows

Sweetened whipped cream or vanilla marshmallows

Grated chocolate for garnish, optional

Caramel Sauce (see caramel sauce recipes)


  1. Prepare caramel sauce according to directions listed and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once milk is warm, stir in chocolate chips and caramel, and cook whisking constantly until chocolate has melted.
  3. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm topped, topped with sweetened whipped cream or miniature marshmallows, drizzle each serving with 1 Tbsp caramel sauce and garnish with grated chocolate if desired.

*For a richer hot chocolate, you can use up to 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips and mix in more caramel sauce as well if desired.

1 cup double-strength Starbucks Coffee (cold)
3/4 cup Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
2 cup Ice
1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
Squirt of Whipped Cream
Drizzle Torani Carmel Sauce


1. Put cold coffee, milk, sugar, ice, a squirt of caramel and xanthan gum in blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into cup and top with whipped cream and drizzle of caramel.

I full tray of Frozen coffee ice cubes (coffee brewed then placed in ice cube trays and frozen overnight)

¾ or 1 cup milk (more or less to taste and consistency)

1-2 Tbsp sugar (more or less to taste)

2 Tbsp. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup

¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ cup crushed Oreo Cookies (with the middle cream part taken out)

Chocolate Whipped Cream (Beat together ¼ cup sugar with 2 Tbsp Cocoa and 1 cup whipping cream)


Blend all ingredient except the chocolate whipped cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve with the chocolate whipped cream and a few sprinkles of the crushed Oreo’s.

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

2 tablespoons sugar

¼ cup water

1½ cup milk (I used 2%)

¼ teaspoon vanilla


  1. Add water, cocoa and sugar into a microwave safe bowl and heat for approximately 40 seconds or until warm. Mix well to create the chocolate syrup.
  2. Add milk and vanilla and stir well.
  3. Heat in the microwave for about 60 seconds or until hot.
  4. Serve with whipped cream or marshmallows.
